Our Beginning in Central Texas
Julio’s Mexican Restaurant started with a simple goal—serve honest Mexican food to families in our community. For over 15 years, we’ve shared our love for classic dishes like burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and fajitas. From Rockdale to Hutto, our restaurants have become a place where neighbors meet, enjoy fresh meals, and feel welcome in a casual setting that is made for everyone.
